The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA) on October 06, 2025, granted the extension for submission of the annual audit report (Form-7) for FY 2024-25.
The following has been stated:
• It has granted a one-time extension for the submission of the Annual Audit Report on Statement of Accounts (Form-7) for the financial year 2024–25, extending the due date to November 15, 2025. This decision follows multiple requests from real estate promoters and associations citing the Income Tax Department’s extension of audit filing to October 31, 2025, and delays in the finalization of accounts by statutory auditors.
• The Authority, acknowledging these genuine concerns, approved the extension as a special measure without setting a precedent for future years. Promoters are instructed to ensure accurate and timely submission of Form-7 in line with Regulation 5 of the Telangana RERA (General) Regulations, 2023, RERA Rules, 2017, and Section 4(2)(l)(D) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
• Failure to comply with the extended deadline may attract penalties under Section 60 of the Act and delay fees as per Circular No. II-629/TG RERA/2024 dated March 18, 2025.
• The circular takes immediate effect.
